This is actually something that I’ve been reading into lately with Venezuela being supposedly a socialist country and and having all these huge economic problems but in all actuality Venezuela has enough natural resources that their people should be able to live happily why then is it having all these financial problems I would guess and maybe we should question whether there is an economic gain for America US government to cause these problems for Venezuela, is that possible?

Venezuela sits atop the world’s largest oil reserves and is the third-largest supplier to the U.S.

So with Venezuela sitting atop of the world’s largest gold Reserve that actually should answer the question for you yes I’m sure the US government has caused those problems in Venezuela it’s not because they were a socialist government because there are quite a few successful socialist governments in this world China being one of them.
