Marijuana and the boom in legalization, either for recreational or Medical, has been, and is a major political battle with in most all states, and now at the Federal level. Yes America has gone to pot. All pun intended. The biggest and most profound point that this article, is to point out, is that the number of active voters who are pro-active when it comes to cannabis, is amazing and a game changer.

Carimah Townes has a great article on the numbers and states that will be a determination in the elections. The biggest reason is because a very large percentage of these states are for the legalization of Marijuana. If these candidates want to win, they better support Pot!

The State of Colorado has seen the health benefits, along with the financial benefits of Medical and Recreational Marijuana. The CNN episodes with Dr. Sanjay Gupta and The little girl who has helped inspire a whole country to open their eyes to the actual benefits, medically that cannabis possess. Parents all over where stepping over the legal lines to try to help their children overcome seizures, and most seen a light at the end of a long and dark tunnel. A lot of these parents were arrested and prosecuted by these that were still practicing and enforcing what seems to be unjust laws.

The evil of Marijuana has never been seen. The biggest evil, is, and has always been the Laws and then the persecution along with horrible stories of prosecution, which I might add, have had made it for some to have lost their lives while in prison, and some are still looking at the rest of their lives incarcerated for literally nothing.

I still run across uninformed voters who still hold that ideology that cannabis is evil, most of them don’t have one lick of proof or can even recite a study done. Its Federal law is the best thing they can come up with to feel as though they won an argument and are protecting their way of life. Its not about winning an argument any more, its about saving peoples lives. Its about a quality of life, that should never be sacrificed for a idea ever.

The 2016 Presidential race will be decided by those who have been fighting for 50 plus years. Those who have not been controlled by fear that has been propagandized by big government and the media they controlled and then eventually big Pharma, and other medical corps that have made a living and profit off of calling those who used cannabis addicts. The big lie is over.
